Refund Policy
At Viedra, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective item or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
Timeframes

Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days after delivery.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days after delivery.
For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, damage will be considered due to misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been modified (e.g., adjusted bracelet links).
Once the product has been received and quality inspection approved, the customer may:

Exchange it for another item available in stock, or

Receive a refund for the product’s value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, customers must send clear photos or a video (up to 1 minute) showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Warranty Does Not Cover:

Cosmetic damage after purchase (scratches, cracks, dents).

Damage from liquids or moisture.

Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

Improper use of accessories.

Natural wear and tear (oxidation, reduced battery life, loss of shine, etc.).
